How much is it to repair my tub?
Based on the information you provide us we can diagnose most problems over the phone and give you an estimate of the costs to attend to and repair your hot tub including parts and labour. We charge a callout fee of £150 to come and inspect your Hot Tub where we will endeavour to get the tub back up and running. In the event that we need to return to your tub for a secondary visit there will be no additional call-out charged, labour costs still may be applied.
If you are one of our regular water care and maintenance customers you there are no call-out or labour charges and parts are invoiced at a considerable discount.
I am a holiday property owner, how fast can you be here?
We aim to deliver our repair service within 72 hours of the problem being reported to us, depending on the information you provide us.
For our regular water care and maintenance customers, we carry out regular inspections free of charge to find faults before they become major issues. In the unlikely event that your hot tub breaks down, we aim to fix it within 48 hours of the problem being reported to us.
Do you fix inflatable hot tubs?
We do not fix inflatable hot tubs as most parts aren’t available for repair or replacement.
