Hot Tub & Swimming Pool Maintenance

Regular Water Treatment

We provide routine chemical treatment and sanitisation of hot tub and swimming pool water, creating a safe and enjoyable experience for your guests. We visit our customers hot tubs and swimming pools on every change of guest and also during their stay to ensuring that the water is chemically safe and looks crystal clear.

Water Replacement & Cleaning

As part of our water care and maintenance procedures we completely replace hot tub and spa water on guest change over. Before replacing with fresh water we deep clean the Hot Tub interior and exterior shell, the filter cartridge, steps, cover and surrounding areas. The fresh water is dosed with sanitiser and other pool water chemicals to bring in-line with industry codes of practice.

For Swimming Pools we carry out a backwash and water replenishment schedule as per industry recommendations depending on the volume of the pool. We provide a weekly vacuum of the floor of the pool to remove any grit or debris and pressure wash the walls and floor surrounding the pool to ensure safety.

Laboratory Testing

Elite Hot Tub & Swimming Pool Maintenance is dedicated to controlling the risks associated with offering a Hot Tub or Swimming Pool for guests in a business setting. Laboratory testing plays a major role in how we verify that our water treatment procedures are working. Laboratory testing is required not only by the current guidance but also for us to identify trends and make changes. We undertake scheduled water sampling of all of our hot tubs and swimming pools for Legionella, Pseudomonas, e-Coli, and Total Coliforms.

Documentation

We create a detailed risk assessment for every Hot Tub and Swimming Pool that we regularly maintain. We use these as guides for policy and procedure to ensure that each tub has the correct level of maintenance.
We also keep detailed records of our water treatment and carry an up-to-date COSHH file. Our customers can view all of the documentation that we provide including the above and laboratory test certificates at any time using our online portal.
