In early March, through our friends at Spa Parts Vortex, we were invited to attend a day training event with BALBOA (The leading manufacturer of spa computer systems and controls) on their new products and programs and of course their flagship air source heat pump the Clim8zone. The training was offered to only a handful of engineers and companies in the UK and we were the only company in the North of England in attendance. At this training we learned that heat source air pumps are saving people on average anywhere from 45-60% on their energy bills associated with heating their hot tubs. We knew that there was a great saving to be made in installing these in hot tubs but this is a significant saving that we know is worth the investment.
